App,Once approved in test flight will again take time to get reviewed when submitted to app store?

We have a plan of Go-live on a Particular date(say this Saturday).I have uploaded a new version of my app in test flight and it got approved. My question is if I want to Publish the same version in App store, will Apple Review Team take time to review it again?
If yes then what should be my course of action to get my binary published on the scheduled date?

Please help.

An approved TF build will need to be submitted as a store build. where it and it's meta data will see a review matching that distribution method, so yes, again.

Never schedule a release date for any app that isn't already approved and in the store.
