I have tried to pay for the developer membership fee 12 times so far with different cards, but all of my orders canceled after a few minutes by Apple. I have used the same debit cards before on Appstore to buy paid apps and it worked fine. But now when I try to use the same card for paying the developer membership fee, the purchase is canceled.
I have contacted my bank, and they said everything is OK on their end; also my bank confirmed that this card is allowed to have the transaction on Apple.com and they said that the bank didn't get any attempt from Apple to charge my card for the membership fee.
But by contacting Apple support, they just say I should check it with my banks and then ignoring to following up on my Issue!
Is there any working solution?
