Hi,
Our app 'TopBrewer' is not able to load on the app when you search for it.
App Store just keeps showing the Loading screen and nothing happens.
The only way to locate the app is by searching for it on google, and then use a link from there to access the app directly in the app store.
Anyone else have this problem?
We were having the same issue with an app we released this week. I noticed that you released the day before we did so I am sure it is the same problem. In addition to the similar release date, I noticed that your app screenshots are missing from the app store. I am not sure if that is intentional on your part or if they just aren't showing up. I mention this because we submitted screenshots with our update for review but they were missing when the app was published to the app store. Apple could not tell us why the screenshots were dropped and they are still reviewing the loading issue in that we were also having when users searched for our app. We just solved our loading issue tonight by uploading a new update to the app store. We did not make any changes to the app and just uploaded a new build for review and our problem of the store showing loading was solved as soon as our app was published. Hopefully this helps.
I thought I was alone in this. My app is missing from search and the direct link is also not working. All looks good in iTunes connect. I released v 1 on Aug 18th, it only was findable on the first day b
