App transfer stuck ?

I am in the process of moving my apps from one dev account to a new dev account.


I tried moving 1 app first, evrything went as expected and in the end I received an email stating "app transfer could take up to 3 hours".


The next day, it still was not transferred, so I contected the support.


A few days later, they replied "our engineers are looking into the issue".


Now, 4-5 days later its still not moved, and I even tried moving another app, which is also stuck now.


Has anyone completed an app transfer recently ?

That is really bad news, as is seems like there is no hope for the rest of us.


I was told that I should check the contracts page, and when they were gone, I should try the transfer again.


But that is weeks ago, and nothing has appeared or gone missing.

I would like to ask all of you with stuck app transfers, what describes your apps ?


I mean, is it old apps - all the apps I tried moving was 3-4 years old.

In my/our case, it's travel information app from a public transport company. No funny stuff, nothing (technically) special. Apps have first been released in 2011/2012.

And, dlowe, what happened? Was the transfer cancelled automatically?

Still waiting like everyone else on the app transfer status. Been 2+ months now.

1 app (of 3 requests) have now finally gone thru.


That only took 4 weeks ;-)


Any other here being lucky too ?

My app finally processed!


It took 71 days.


Hopefully others don't have to wait as long.


Now for another hurry up and wait. I uploaded my new build and I am 3 hours into "processing", before I can even attach it to my new version. All to wait again while Apple reviews it.

My app transfer has waited for 20 days,and still waiting. And I had called the itunesconnect support. All replies are "you request is still being processed". Anyone has a good advice for me?

This is happening to my app right now.

Transfer agreement ok but the app is not in new account's itunes connect.

"Stuck in transfer" still seems to be thing in 2017. I am waiting since a week now and also get only those boilerplate answers mentioned above from the support.

Sadly to say, it is 2020, and we run into the exact same issue as the original poster. After accepting the transfer, and agree, was told it will take up to 3 hours for the transfer. Then ... wait ... 7 days later, it is still not showing up.


Called support a few times, all refer to developer is looking at the problem, given no ETA ... We called them three times, and was even told, keep on calling will not make things faster. So we wait.


If anyone knows how to esclate this please let me know.

Sorry is 2021 and still have this problem.Very very disappointment.
