I just found out I've had several user reviews visible in Apple's Connect App, but they do not appear when logging in to the App Store Connect web portal. This is a problem because I typically respond to user reviews, but had no idea they were there (because I usually work from my computer).
Anyone else having trouble with viewing their app reviews online?
