Internal testers cannot see app in Testflight app

Hi,

I have run through as many different things as possible:

1. Changed build version

2. Reset provisioning profile

3. Deleted and readded appstore connect users

I have even changed SKU, bundle identifier, and created a new app. Nothing is working. Testers cannnot see the app in testflight.

It has been working perfectly until this weekend and suddenly: not working.

Any help appreciated!

Dan

Same issue for us. Still broken as of 3:19 PM EST

Mind sharing what number you called? I'm happy to do the same. This is super frustrating.

I have the exact same issue...

+1. This is getting silly.

FWIW I've noticed that there is no "number of Invitations" value for the build I've been trying to install through TestFlight. I wonder if that is a clue.

Same issue here.

Correct; the 'invitations sent' column is blank. I stated that issue along with pointing Apple to this very forum thread in my earlier escalation with them.

Wish they put this on their status page - just wasted hours trying to figure out what's going on...

Same issue 😢

Same issue and spoke to Apple support who haven’t officially acknowledged it yet but did say that a number of people had raised the issue. I suggest that if you haven’t contacted them then please do to raise awareness.

Any reply? I've followed up with their support as well, however I'm not certain I'll get any substantive feedback quickly.

"There are dozens of us!"

It's the contact us feature on the portal. Then on App distribution and they call you once you've entered your number in. Then press 1 to accept, and they speak to you.

I've sent over a ton of information they requested via an email, and things are now moving slowly along as the expired build is no longer showing as active but the new builds aren't displayed yet.

Hopefully by the time I wake up in the morning it will be fixed here in the UK.

I have the same issue. RU

Same issue for me in France since at least Sunday. An answer from Apple could really be appreciated instead of leaving everyone in doubt.. I though I did something wrong and lost a lot of time trying to understand it before finding out I’m not the only one having this issue...

All I got was a canned email response stating that I'll be hearing from support within 1 to 2 business days. Here's how things transpired:

* Called Apple developer support.

* Specialist needed to escalate it to a senior advisor and told me I'd be receiving an email questionaire.

* Filled out the questionaire (which was basically asking versions of TestFlight, iOS, macOS, Xcode etc.)

* Received the canned response in regard to filling the questionaire.

+1 for visibility. This should be on the status page as it took me way too long to find this thread while pulling out my hair.

Did your application receive any warnings from Apple about deprecated API?

I had the exact same experience. I wonder if there is something common about all our app uploads. If this were affecting more teams Apple would clearly be moving faster than they are.

Same issue

So, this issue just resolved for me. I had tried rebooting my iPhone multiple times yesterday and today. On reboot just now TestFlight showed my build and I proceeded to install.

Additionally, I have an open case with Apple Developer Program Support, and I referenced this thread. I'm unsure if TestFlight showing my build after most recent reboot and the support case are releated.

BUT subsequent build still are not appearing in TestFlight 12 hours later and counting.

Having the same issue

Me too! Ugh!!! 3 builds later!
