This seems to have started from ios 13 onwards, im not sure. Sometimes the crash log is present. But most crash feedback only has the feedback json.
Im getting only feedback json from testflight. There is no crash log.

I am having a crash happen to some specific devices for my app which I have not been able to reproduce and the lack of TestFlight crash log is very unfortunate.

Same issue here. It would be great to hear from Apple as to why this happens. What are some of yalls crashes related to? From the feedback.json I know ours are usually happening when app is going to background (I'm thinking OOM).

same issue here, also is while its in the background, possibly background tasks related.
Apple, help please, it's really hard to find issue, when all you have - json with general info.

Same strange things here, in my case its also related to instant crash of application, so in my case it's pretty straitforward - no app running no crashlog :D
In my json's I can even see. "uptimemillis: null". :( And I don't know what is happening with application

The same issue for me. Looks like it's a crash in NotificationExtension. Do you use it? I do.
Such crashes are not appeared in thirdparty crash-report vendors. But it's possible to see thru Xcode organizer.

A year of this problem. Are Apple going to address this at all?!
Yesterday it was terrible to chat with 2 specialists and they told me two different answers and they transferred me with 4 more agents and the other four specialists did not know how to help me I was chatting for 2 hours until almost midnight and I went to sleep wanting to buy one tablet from another brand because they didn't help me
I've my four TestFlight users reporting 12 crashes but it's only showing one feedback with json only. Devs can you please help us with a why?
