Reply to Switch to V2 with endpoint change not working in sandbox
Thanks for reply. I tried multiple times over couple of days, but didn't see any change, so it's probably not the propagation issue. I also submitted the ticket FB13463799 6 days ago, but didn't receive any response in the meantime. What is the expected time to get reply on a support ticket? Do you have any proposal on what else to try? Does this switch require any other action then just providing the endpoint and doing the update in the ASC? We did release as well, but it didn't help.
