I have set up a new bank in my individual account. After setting up the bank I got the status of my newly set banks as ‘Pending User Info’ which is clickable. By clicking there, it will ask me to upload Passport or nation id with birth city , birth country and a question ‘Is account-name is public company’ I have provided that information perfectly then status is reviewed. After waiting 5 day it's again showing the same status as ‘Pending User Info’ without getting any rejection mail or message from the team. I have try to upload different national id's as well and try this process a couple of times but after reviewing 5 days it says the same status ‘Pending User Info’. I have try to contact apple team by did not receive reply from team. Please help to solve this issue as my payment from apple is being carried forward and might not be received until this issue gets solved.
