The WWDC video mentioned that
"A new MAC address will also be generated for networks every 24 hours, and the new private address will be used when the user leaves and rejoins the network."
Is this still happening? I cannot find this information in the KB article here any more

Xcode 12 GM seed is release today. Is there any difference between GM and final version? Can you submit the app build with xcode 12 GM to the app store?
I'm seeing the same issue. Have not been able to solve yet.
The same code base worked fine with xcode 11.6
