Turn On Notifications of the Stand Alone App on Apple Watch

I faced the problem that I could not enable notifications for an app that works only on the apple watch. When a modal window appeared asking for permission to send notifications, I declined it. Now I can't find where to enable them.

Apple Watch stand-alone app displaying in iPhone Store

How to hide Apple Watch stand-alone app from the iPhone store. People are mad for downloading an app on their iPhone and can't remove it, because it's only for Apple Watch, and they rate my app with 1 star...

Distance between each store screen size

What gaps between screenshots in AppStore for each type of device: Probably, for: 6.7" 1290 x 2796 = ? 6.5" 1125x2436 = 107.25 6.1" 1179x2556 = ? 5.8" 1125x2436 = 52 5.5" 1242x2208 = ? 4.7" 750x1334 = 39.5 4" 640x1136 = ? Am I missing something, or there is any guidelines or answers somewhere...
