Same issue submitted since first Beta version 12. Have Apple bluetooth and USB keyboards. Tab will not tab from cell to cell or section to section in Excel desktop, or any online form. Space bar does not scroll pages. Rather, it opens program window to full screen zoom. Menu bar Bluetooth recognizes keyboard. Pref file can never find it. Monterey is useless without properly functioning keyboard. Tried resetting actions. No luck. Help appreciated.

I have followed every step of developer updates to Big Sur. Most problems disappeared by 11.3.No problem with Beta 2. When I installed Beta 3, Accessibility Spoken Content would attempt to load voices, which never made it, instead constant churning, reports. Went back to Beta 2. When Beta 4 was released, installed. Control Center fails to load, no time-date, drop menus from top menu bar have no content, and, again, constant failure due to Control Center fail. Anyone else?

Big Sur 11.3 Beta 3 - Choosing any app that sources speech.speechsynthesisd freezes and prevents load. Safari, Chrome Canary, PreferencesAcessibilitySpoken Content stops and churns on Load Voices. Beta 2 works fine. Unable to directly modify even when booted from external drive in 11.3 Beta 2. Report continues to appear until a reboot. Suggestions? Have approved more than 30 reports through sysdiagnose. Assistance? Have boot from 11.3 Beta 2 and turned off updates.
