Hi there, I've noticed this happening for me too; it goes from "Waiting to Review" to "In Review" within 12 hours but seems to get stuck "in review" for days. I will reach out via contact us.

Did you guys ever figure this out? Something like this is happening to me where Im getting rejected for not working on iPad, but it works on simulator and elsewhere
