I'm also seeing the same discrepancy with my payment. It's usually off by $10 - $50.... but the actual June payment is way off by $500+ compared to proceeds. I'm about send an email to them.

Happens to me too with version 14.2 on Macbook M1 Pro.
You can just restart the device simulator when it happens.
And it happens almost everytime. It's kinda annoying.
Just got the report today but it said "Balance Carried Forward".
This just happened to me. I explained that there are several similar apps on the app store that are actually priced much higher than my subscription fees. So I asked the lady reviewing my app on what is the proper price then. She doesn't know. Like you said, it is purely subjective and Apple management needs to look into this. I think there might be just one person who's making this review decision.
Finally resolved it.
I have to install XCode Version 12.2 beta 4. Now I'm able to compile app to iPhone Xs with iOS 14.2.
This is UNACCEPTABLE for Apple to release iOS 14.2 without ensuring it will not affect latest XCode version.
I've already waisted 3 days trying to resolve this issue. I was supposed to submit a release now I can't because it won't compile to iOS 14.2 devices.
Apple management needs to do something about this approval process. My app have the same string for camera permission since version 1 and is always APPROVED. Now in version 5... for some reason... it was rejected. These reviewers are inconsistent. And it's causing us developers time.
