When creating a new version on App Store Connect, I cannot select an existing build from test flight. I see as an option but I cannot select it.

Hello, we are switching to a new CRM. My task at hand is to integrate Apple Pay with the CRM. I am doing the following steps:
You will need to download a Certificate Signing Request (CSR)
Once you've downloaded the CSR, you'll need to use that CSR to generate a corresponding Merchant Identity Certificate in your Apple Developer account. This certificate must be associated with the same merchant identifier as the Payment Processing Certificate uploaded to Paragon.
3)Upload the Merchant Identity Certificate file generated by Apple in Step 2.
I am blocked on step 3. I uploaded the Merchant Identity Certificate, but received the following error: ' This file does not match the certificate signing request generated earlier. Please ensure you have followed instructions in the previous steps and try again.'
