Note, I managed to remove the unapproved "developer action needed" purchase, but still only see two of my actual in-app purchase options in the In-app purchases list.

Post authors can mark replies as Accepted to indicate successful solutions.

I filed a bug report on this (via Feedback Assistant) in November 2020 and never heard a thing back.
This is also a real problem for our site, which needs to work with Chrome. Website A needs to know how the user is logged in on Website B, which requires third-party cookies..
