Cannot find "External Testing" button in TestFlight
Hi community, I am new to Apple Developer program and I am trying to get some external testing for my new App. I hope to get some help for the issue described below, I have already uploaded my App and was able to add internal testers(myself included). As an internal tester, I can install my App on my iPhone through TestFlight and test it. Everything is fine. But I am trying to get some exposure to the external testers. In the YouTube video I followed for TestFlight instruction I see, under the button "Internal Testing +" there is another button "External Testing +" and that is how the instructor created a url which he can share with anyone. But in my case there is no such a button. I also tried the "Connect" App on my phone(that is an App version of appstoreconnect.apple.com) and there I couldn't find the external testing option either. Has any of you encountered this before as well? How can I solve this? I have contacted Apple support about this and it has been more than a week since reported but there is still no meaningful updates. The current status is that the support team has contacted the engineering team but no updates ever since. So turning to the community for the help. Any hints are appreciated. Thanks
