We're sitting in the same position here. Looking like the only option is to install XCode 15 that's in Beta... This will allow the app to target iOS16.5 which is the device the apple reviewer used.

Having the same issue today in 2022. Only some screenshots appear like this, others are uploaded correctly. Annoying and silly things like this never happen on Google App publishing. No explanation online other than "it's a bug" and this has been reported YEARS ago.
A lot of people is experiencing the issue, there are multiple posts about it already.
https://developer.apple.com/system-status/ indicates "some users are affected" but it's more likely a global issue.
We must just wait for Apple to fix it, which may take them a while because there's clearly a bunch of brainless chimps running the show there.
Same here... Good job Apple, enjoy the $99 a year while delivering a sub-par service.
+1.. And no you are not. Literally every second time I need to publish an iOS app there is some random issue, or Apple has changed something, or there's this or that new hoop to jump through like I am a damned show dog.
Meanwhile uploading apps to Google Play Store is an actual dream.
Hi, I am experiencing the same issue right now. The issue is probably Apple's side (as usual). They have the gall to send me an email that there was an issue with my app submission (which there probably isn't and App Reviewer just feels like messing with me today). But they send me that email, with a link to a broken page... Nice Apple, great stuff. There has been WAY more silly little issues like this with Apple Development, compared to the Android side of life. I will ALWAYS think of Apple as lesser than.
After facing a myriad of other issues with provisioning profiles and signing certs almost this whole work day, I have gotten to this stage. I have been trying to figure out what I have done wrong, but turns out the issue is Apple side? Kudos Apple, kudos. I quite literally HATE when i get a task having anything to do with Apple Development. I am going to remove the fact that I know Apple Development from my resume so future employers don't subject me to this horrible company's practices.
With Apple you are going to need magic to get things working... I am resorting to the rain dance to try get XCode to recognice my provisioning profile does indeed include the necessary signing certificate.
Same issue. I just need to update the description of my app, which require uploading a new version. But I can't see an option to do so... Apple has lost the plot, they are making these tiny little tasks so much more difficult.
Same problem. For the trillion dollar company Apple is, they are WAY more useless when it comes to Android in regards to app development and publishing.
Same issue. Apple is useless and I can't believe the world supports them. I accidentally registered the app under the wrong account. And now I can't delete the identifier because "it's being used by the app store" even though the app was never published. And I can't create an identical bundle identified in the other account. I will need to break company policy and change the way the bundle identifier is supposed to be to get around this.
