I have the same problem!
Even after several emails from the complainant and myself to appstorenotices @apple.com since May 27, 2024, indicating that the dispute has been resolved, we haven't received a single response from Apple.
What can I do? Where can I request the reinstatement of my app?

My client's News app has been in the App Store for 10 years.. And now I can't publish an updated version, because it contains news articles about Covid-19.
What can I do ??
Should I tell my client to get its own Developer Account ( for Business ) ??
Could that help in any way ??
