User Profile

So all of my iAPs stopped working all of a sudden. Upon investigation I found out that my Paid App Agreement had expired. So under appstore connect business tab I tried to renew the contract, but it doesn't renew! I tried everything but the status is stuck at expiry. This is is causing us financial loss every minute.
