I've been looking into this as well. You can add a custom header for your CDN rules via AVURLAssetHTTPUserAgentKey (and other non-official methods for < xOS 16), however, be warned some devices (ie. Roku) will strip the header out. See related discussion here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55945320/how-to-authenticate-an-airplay-session

Yep. No alerts in App Store Connect, however. Appears like a huge mistake...
I was able to stop the crash by adding KEYFORMAT="indentity" to the #EXT-X-KEY tag in the .m3u8 files. (I'm guessing the bug involves an Xcode assumption that we're using FairPlay for encryption when utilizing a custom url scheme.)
Still can't get AVAssetResourceLoaderDelegate to fire in the Simulator, though...
I've been seeing this crash as well. That is, attempting to using a custom url scheme to retrieve an HLS key results in crash on simulator. iOS device appears to run fine, however.
Okay - turns out the Compressor 300 kbps limit is for the "Apple Device" presets. I guess folks must be tweaking the "Live Streaming" presets to get the desired 192 kbps rate...
And one week later... it's broken again.
If you mess around with the settings to get "Yesterday" to show (I had to change time zone for this to happen for some reason), you can then use the "arrows" to step through days, one at a time.
Clearly App Store Connect is having issues, but I really wish Apple would offer some communication on what's going on with these essential services.
3 days late. Tested on desktop and mobile Safari.
Bug report filed. (App Store Connect)
Same here. No sales trend data since the 5th.
Tested: If ec3 is added to a video track and wrapped in a .mov, then Atmos gets processed correctly. So it appears iOS 14 has broken audio-only processing of .ac3 and .ec3 audio files.
Expected behavior: .ec3 Atmos/spatial audio can be processed on it's own as audio only (since iOS 13). See: developer.dolby.com/platforms/apple/ios/overview/
Using INIntent (INInteraction) instead of NSUserActivity to suggest shortcuts works perfectly. I guess it's a start. Was advertised at WWDC2020 to work with NSUserActivity. We'll see what beta 7 brings...
No crash on beta 5, but suggestion doesn't work. Tested in Simulator and on iPhone 11.
(Donating via NSUserActivity)
Seeing this as well. Never heard of "Quip", nor "Federated Auth" - this all seems very fishy, given the lack of information provided.
Has App Store Connect been hacked?
Same here. Also getting a hard crash when trying to add shortcutAvailability options too. :-(
Receiving similar errors in 12.3 beta for my Objective C app. Audio will not play at all.
