I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue related to my mobile application, "New-Deli," available on the Apple App Store in version 1.9. Specifically, some users have reported experiencing inconsistent descriptions when accessing the app's listing. To provide some context, New-Deli is a food ordering and delivery application that aims to connect users with local restaurants and provide a seamless ordering experience. However, it has come to my attention that a portion of our user base is seeing different descriptions when they view the app on the App Store. While the majority of users are presented with the intended app description, a subset of users has reported viewing a different description altogether. This inconsistency is causing confusion and potentially misleading users about the app's features and functionality. As the developer and publisher of New-Deli, I take user experience and transparency very seriously. It is essential for all users to receive accurate and consistent information about the app they are considering downloading. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and resolving the issue promptly. I have thoroughly reviewed the app's metadata, and I can confirm that the description provided during the submission process has not been modified. This leads me to believe that the issue lies within the App Store's distribution mechanism or data retrieval process. I kindly request your technical team to investigate and rectify the issue to ensure a consistent experience for all users. To assist you further in diagnosing the problem, I have included the following details: https://ibb.co/wgMPCMC https://ibb.co/ydTyWP7 Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance or instructions you can provide to help me resolve this issue promptly. Please let me know if there are any specific steps or actions I should take from my end to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the app description. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this issue. Best regards,
