It would be great that it were possible to try Product Page
Optimizations over the App icons without the need of uploading and publishing a
new build that includes the new icons to test.
For companies with many games, It’s not feasible for
Marketers to ask developers to update each game they want to AB test icons.
Allowing testing and replacing the icon with the winner
without App update would be fantastic!

It would be great that it were possible to clone past In-App
events with all their data except for the Event dates.
Some games have recurring or very similar Live Ops events
and having to create them from scratch with all the localized texts and images
is very time consuming. Having the option to clone past events, then adjust only
some little changes would be awesome!
This is about the Pre-order Feature and the user experience: https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/manage-your-apps-availability/publish-for-pre-order/
Once one app is in pre-order, the App Store page of the app in Pre-order indicates the users the Release date (this date is a mandatory field during the pre-order setup steps), therefore players expect the game to be released at that date.
This gives less flexibility to developers than don't know the exact release date until they're app is almost ready to go Live, and therefore they can't enjoy for a long pre-registration because they can't commit for a specific date.
Comparing with other app stores, the Pre-Registration in the Google Play Store is more flexible because developers don't need to set a release date (just release within 90 days of the pre-registration start date).
Or for example the Release date in Steam; where a release date is mandatory, however the developer can chose how the date appears in the store with these options:
Exact date (day, month, year)
Month+year
Quarter + year
Year
Coming Soon
To Be Announced
Having this flexibility would be great. Especially the Coming Soon / TBA ones which are the ones with more flexibility to support long periods and get more pre-orders.
Could you please consider this improvement for how the release date is shown to users in the apps in Pre-Order status?
Thanks
This is about the Pre-order Feature and the automatic release of the app upon the arrival of the release date: https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/manage-your-apps-availability/publish-for-pre-order/
As part of the setup process, you have the option to select a release date. However, you currently cannot specify a particular time for the release on that day. For instance, in App Store Connect, when scheduling the release of an app with automatic release, you can set a specific time ("no earlier than" select date and time).
Enabling this capability would grant developers greater control over when their app becomes available during the specified release date. Otherwise, the app could be released at any time throughout that day, potentially even outside of typical business hours depending on the developer's location.
Could you kindly consider allowing the inclusion of local time alongside the release date when configuring Pre-Orders?
