Same issue here! Quite a ridiculous bug.
The very silly, no-good fix is to uncheck "Upload debug symbols..." when going through the upload flow, but no one really wants to do that!!!
Update: Also completely busted for Xcode 12.2 (Beta 2).
This is such a ridiculous issue! This on top of the code signing and copying issues with binary targets make them completely unusable for production. Such a shame.

I also cannot access the DTK private forum! I am typing this from my DTK Mac...
I have this exact same problem. MTLCreateSystemDefaultDevice() no longer switches the graphics to discrete. What gives?Greg
