Hi Violeta According to App Store Review Guidelines you should not send different apps with same functionality. Spam Don’t create multiple Bundle IDs of the same app. If your app has different versions for specific locations, sports teams, universities, etc., consider submitting a single app and provide the variations using in-app purchase. Also avoid piling on to a category that is already saturated; the App Store has enough fart, burp, flashlight, fortune telling, dating, and Kama Sutra apps, etc. already. We will reject these apps unless they provide a unique, high-quality experience. Spamming the store may lead to your removal from the Developer Program.

Hi PassAuxly You have to use “Remove App” which can find it in “General > App Information” at bottom of page. It should be noted, this way isn’t suitable way for changing review state because when an app is rejected for any reason you should fix it as Apple wanted. I hope your problem would solve.
