Reply to Apple rejected my app
Hi Violeta According to App Store Review Guidelines you should not send different apps with same functionality. Spam Don’t create multiple Bundle IDs of the same app. If your app has different versions for specific locations, sports teams, universities, etc., consider submitting a single app and provide the variations using in-app purchase. Also avoid piling on to a category that is already saturated; the App Store has enough fart, burp, flashlight, fortune telling, dating, and Kama Sutra apps, etc. already. We will reject these apps unless they provide a unique, high-quality experience. Spamming the store may lead to your removal from the Developer Program.

Reply to Is it possible to learn Xcode from scratch online?
Hi dude First of all I’m very pleasant which we would have an awesome new developer soon. For learning Swift language there are a lot of resources on the web however in the following I have prepared to you my suggestion course from some of them: 1) Playground App (AppStore App) 2) iOS 13 & Swift 5 - The Complete iOS App Development Bootcamp (Udemy) 3) Let build that App channel - LBTA (YouTube) 4) Brian Advent channel (YouTube) Also If you don’t have Mac devices you can install AppCoda IDE until you buy a Mac device, in addition I hope Apple publishes Xcode on iPad OS in the next WWDC.
