I get this too lately. It happens to me when I have a scheme I haven't added a file to. So I just go back gthrough git commits to find the files I haven't added. But it is still really annoying.

Swapping over to URL Scheme instead of Universal Links makes no difference.
For me on the 17th-19th of April all the Event Dates are empty. I can also confirm there are many other days over the last few months with empty dates. This is affecting ChartMogul which has been reporting rubbish data now for over a week. Every entry without a date seems to be ignored and that causes ChartMogul to report that user as churned.
Same issue for one one of twelve of my apps. This one app also has two versions showing up as "Ready for Sale" with the green with the same URL (Just below where the Plus should be).
The only thing I think is different with this app is a did a new phased release while the previous phased release was still running.
