app goes up fine, then does not show up as Processing in Test Flight tab as per usual. anything broken now? no emails recv'd about app binary being bad.

just using key value store here, any new news on how to debug this when it doesnt work? i did a test flight build yesterday, could not get it to restore keyvalues from icloud. now today i run the exact same build on the same device, and it worked immediately. key values restored on app start up. why is this service still so erratic after so many years?

App Store Connect issue: There is this yellow caution triangle beside this message noted above. The new forums wont let me attach an image to show. But nowwhere will it let me accept this new Paid Applications agreement. Neither the message nor the yellow triangle is clickable. How to accept this? I am "admin" on the account. If I try to create a new version of an app, I get an error popup, presumably due to this?
