Hey, Quinn. Long time no see. My account apparently doesn't have access to the linked instructions, and bugreport.apple.com shows an empty window with nothing but a Dismiss button when I click the question mark icon on a Vision OS bug report.
I was hoping I'd at least find the answer in this thread, but no joy. I guess I'll just have to submit the bug report without any diagnostics. 😂
Just kidding. I found the instructions on a third-party site. Hold the top button and digital crown for half a second. But could you please file a bug against bugreport.apple.com to fix the missing info?
Not sure if it worked or not — I'll find out when it either finishes or I try again. But anyway....

Downgrading TensorFlow to 2.15 or 2.13 (the oldest available on Sonoma) got farther, but still fails with
tensorflow.python.framework.errors_impl.NotFoundError: Unable to find FunctionDef with name: __inference_cond_2_false_257083_439_tfg_region_specialized_map_1_while_non_max_suppression_padded_PartitionedCall_cond_2_1_tfg_region_specialized_map_1_while_non_max_suppression_padded_PartitionedCall_cond_2_1
So it looks like now maybe I'm running into missing TensorFlow operations that TFLite doesn't support. Any ideas?
I'm also upset because it's only available with a paid developer membership. So those of us who work for companies but aren't paid members can't get access to them without wasting a hundred bucks for a developer program membership on top of the rather unusually high cost of the hardware. It's like they really don't want people to develop software for this thing.
With iOS 15 and 16 affected, this is becoming a major testing blocker. Please escalate this bug.
