Any news on this? We provide SDK's to clients and need to prepare answers for the questionnaire to provide to clients. The slide in the session also said to 'understand the definitions and terms' used in the questionnaire. Are those definitions available anywhere?

I believe we are experiencing this also, on some devices. Digging in more and will report. The issue may go away by enabling a background mode.
Yes. You could use UserDefaults within NSE target or enable App Groups and save data there, then both app target and extension target can access the data.
