Received reply from Apple support team in a separate thread that bug has been fixed. I have confirmed with a few tests on my end -- working for me now.

I am also having this same issue. Seems to have arisen in the last 24 hours or so, as many people have reported the same thing. Hoping we can get the attention of someone at Apple support to correct the bug!
I have the same exact problem. Seems to also be reported here: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/648915?answerId=782103022#782103022, with a flurry of posts in the last 12 hours or so all reporting the same issue. If you find a workaround or the issue is resolved somehow, please update!
Having the exact same issue today. No bundle IDs are available to select from the dropdown when I try to make a new app, and Xcode distribution throws App Record Creation Error: "An attribute value is invalid. ITC.apps.validation.bundle_not_available". If anyone finds a workaround (or realizes the issue has resolved), please update us!
