Need Help with App Store Rejection - Violation of Guideline 4.3(a) After Uploading a New Version
Need Help with App Store Rejection - Violation of Guideline 4.3(a) After Uploading a New Version Hi everyone, I’m currently facing an issue while trying to bring our team’s app back to the App Store, and I would greatly appreciate any support or suggestions from everyone. Our team’s app is a language learning app specifically designed for a particular group of users. Previously, the app was uploaded by a team member who was responsible for registering and uploading the app to the store, but this person has since left the team. Before leaving, she did not hand over any information, we only requested that the app be removed from the store, and now we cannot get in touch with she to retrieve the account and proceed with the transfer. Recently, our team registered a new account and attempted to upload the app again. However, Apple rejected it for violating Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam. I suspect the rejection is due to residual data from the old account, even though our app is unique and highly professional in this field. I have tried to explain this to Apple during the review process, but have not received any feedback. Currently, I have all the documentation and evidence proving that the app’s source code is owned by our team and that it does not duplicate the functionality or design of any other app. If we follow the review team’s advice to completely redesign the app and change its name, it would take a lot of time and effort, and it’s unnecessary. What should we do now? Do we really have to completely redo our own app? Thank you all very much!

Urgent: Issue with Business Agreements and Uploading User Info on App Store Connect
Dear Apple Developer Community, I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding a persistent issue I'm facing with my App Store Connect account. When I log in and navigate to the "Business Agreements" section, I encounter the following message: “Information associated with Jin Wang requires immediate attention. Failure to submit additional information may result in delays in payment and your content being taken off the store. Add user info.” However, when I attempt to upload the required user information, I encounter the error: “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Despite trying multiple times across different devices, browsers, clearing cache, and even toggling VPN on and off, the issue remains unresolved. I contacted Apple Support over a week ago. While they confirmed the issue and escalated it to the technical team, I have not received any updates. This issue is causing significant delays, including preventing my In-App Purchase submissions from being approved and blocking the app review process. As a result, my users are unable to access important updates, and my app's performance is being negatively impacted. Given the severity of the situation, I am reaching out to the community for any advice or solutions to resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is currently preventing me from maintaining my app and supporting my users effectively. Thank you in advance for your help. Use Device: MacBook Pro 14.2.1 (23C71): Safari Version 17.2.1 (19617.1.17.11.12), Chrome: Version 126.0.6478.127 (Official Build) (x86_64). iPad Mini 6: 17.5.1 Safari & Chrome. iPad gen 10: 17.4.1 Safari & Chrome. iPhone 12: 17.5.1 Safari & Chrome.
