What I did:
Modified app's description to other website (Updated for multiple localizations).
Modified config, meta data in-app to not link to that website.
We would appreciate if any screenshoots provided to be easily investigate and resolve.

Post authors can mark replies as Accepted to indicate successful solutions.
Apple Developer Forums admins can mark replies as Apple Recommended to indicate an approved solution

I did modify the app description field in App Store Connect to not mention that website.
Updated for multiple localizations.
"app description field" is the one I understand from what Appstorereview suggest to take action.
