We are making application of ios. The application is for Disaster prevention in Japan. Because, Recentry in Japan has many Disaster in all season. We spplied to Local government in Japan and using general public and they are using well. One of the local government request to us, they want also supply to deaf person and help whe disaster occur. Local government already has disaster prevention broadcast but it is using loudspeaker. Then, when rains heavily, it can not hear to general public. And our application is from disaster prevention broadcast and forwarding to ios smartphone. It is helpfull to general public well. We are making new application it is not only prevention broadcast text but flashlight with iphone. But after making application, the flashlight is lighting only open our application. like beloe link. But, if Deaf person using it maybe he is not notice well. Our application is already has viblation function but Deaf person put his smartphone in his bag maybe I think he never noticed that Heavy rain and tsunami. We are developing application of disaster protection. Application name is cosmocast. Main purpose of this application. When local government make broadcasting of attention of disaster, it would be forwarding to smart phone of broadcasting voice. When user is making stand-by( No task kill) it works well. But after iphoneX the home button is to be nothing. and almost user doing task kill. Then important broadcasting will miss taking to hear. Before, we are using Voip push, when using voip push it is working well when iphone task kill. But we should be change FCM push notification. When it timing to change from Voip to FCM, it is change condition and Background notification can not control wake up works of our application. Anybody knows, how to wake up application when FCM push coming? When it is condition is task kill. Or Could you tell me, How to ban task kill? Recently, our application to be Important because, Japanese disaster will be increase and North Korea sometime shoot a missile. Thank you.

以前はタスクキルしても、バックグラウンド通知を受け取っていましたが、IOS16以上では、ほとんどバックグラウンド通知を受け取る事が出来なくなりました。タスクキルの状態のアプリが、バックグラウンド通知を受け取る仕組みは無いでしょうか。防災アプリなので、ユーザーの利用状態に関係なくバックグラウンド通知を受け取りたいのです。

We are making app with another company of Korean member. Push notification is sending by using google realtime firebase. We are using background Notification and alert notification together. Before, almost background notification coming but some of receiving for example 5 times my iphone12pro app is stopped receiving background notification. And one time in to can not receiving mode it will still not receiving. And I tried to open application, background notification coming again but for example 5 time received background notification it will stopping again until open app again. According to Korean member it is specified iphone terminal and recommend reset but I want know why this phenomenon occur. Thank you.
