TVOS 17 beta 1 not updating

Beta 4 is out and taking a look at my Apple TV I'm still on beta 1. As far as I can remember from previous betas this was always an automatic install. Pushing "Software Update" just tells me I'm up to date (with beta1)

Does APFS work with Fusion Drives?

I seem to remember it didn't when first introduced with Sierra. Has that be fixed with High Sierra?

com.apple.StorageKit error 118 APFS external drive convert

Given that apparently my fusion 3TB apparently doesn't work well with APFS I thought I'd try one of my external seagate drives, the one with the changeable adapter. Either connected by lightning or usb 3 I get "the operation couldn't be completed (com.apple.StorageKit error 118.) Operation failed...Any ideas? Repairing didn't work, drive has data on it and is formatted with Mac OS Extended (Journaled). I do have Tuxuera NTFS for Mac installed also.Thanks
