I recently had the same issue and the answer was no.
The banks consider income from publishing an App as business income and won't let you a personal account.
I found an online bank which does not charge me any fees (doesn't pay any interest either) and use them for the account for App payments from Apple.

Are you able to duplicate the crash on a device?
If so, you could then run the App while connected to Xcode and hopefully see where the problem(s) are.
What is the name of the App on the App Store?
What version of Xcode are you using?
Do yo have a free or a paid developer account?
I have the same problem since updating to Xcode 13 and iOS 15.0.2
it used to be possible to run an app on your own personal device.
I have an unpaid account now but I don’t know if paying the $100 to apple will fix this problem.
Such beautiful hardware and spectacular software with such limited support!
