I have exactly same error with 14 beta 6.
Same issue appeared today for the morning builds upload to TestFlight!

Select your app.
Navigate to TextFlight tab
Create External Testing group
Add one tester
Add build which you want to download using TestFlight
Open TestFlight and download an app.
Did you used Xcode 15?
