I haven’t figured out a way to have my phone automatically restart between the hours of midnight and 6am when the battery reaches 100%. Is there a way to do this?

Like the title says, Memoji isn't working for me. I have submitted feedback already. I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max on Beta iOS 16.4 (20E5229e). I've tried restarting the phone, I've used the Memoji feature in several different messages, all to the same result. Has anyone else experienced this, or able to replicate it?
