Whenever I load up CloudKit and try to create a new attribute, it crashes and says server took too long to respond or attribute cannot be added, check the attachment for info. Please help!

Hey, I am developing a non-profit app regarding the touchy subject of mental health and its related problems.
Does anyone know any specific rules I need to keep an eye out for publishing this app so I am aware of such beforehand, as I don't really see any issues on the developer guidelines, but maybe I missed something!
