Hello, I am on a 2016 MacBook Pro with macOS 11.4.1 installed. I created a VM using Parallels 16.5.1 with the same macOS and everything was working well. I enrolled that VM in the Apple Beta program and downloaded macOS 12. Installation seemed to succeed but upon reaching the login screen the VM was not recognising any keyboard input (neither built-in, nor bluetooth). I am therefore stuck there. What can I do? Thanks! PS: developer beta 1 installed and worked well then dev beta 2 caused this issue. I tried again with public beta 1 with no success. I have also entered Recovery from the VM and successfully reinstalled Monterey, no change. From within Recovery keyboard input is also not registered. I may try again but I would need to recreate all VM (including macOS 11) from scratch as I want to avoid enrolling my working machine.

Hello! I would like to start testing macOS 12, but I don’t want this to affect my internal installation (I do not have a spare Mac, my other working softwares will not support macOS 12 until at least .2 release). I therefore thought to use Parallels for Mac (which I already own) to create a VM of it. Problem is: I also would like my internal macOS not to be flagged as beta tester as I don’t want system update to be cluttered with release and beta software. What do you think is the best option? My own brainstorming suggested to create a VM with Big Sur release, then enrol that install for beta updates and then upgrade the VM directly. Does it sound…ehm…sane? Thank you very much

I have just updated to the first beta of iPadOS 13.1 and I have noticed that when I try to share anything pressing the Activity button the sharing suggestion row looks empty but, trying to interact with it, one sees that the options are only greyed out and almost invisibles. Is anyone else experiencing this?If not, is there something I could do or is there something I am forgetting or not thinking about?Thank you very much

Is it possible to have some words on a grouped Table View footer in bold? Other way to word the question: is it possible to easily apply markdown to a String in a Table View footer? I have a table view with 16 sections and I have an array of Strings that is going to feed the `titleForFooterInSection` method with a simple `return footers[section]` call. The result I would like to achieve is the one you can see on iPhone in Settings > Accessibility > Zoom. Some bold words, some lists... Someone suggested me to make a custom UIView and then return it, but this would require 16 different views, with huge and slow method calls ... I would like to believe that there is an easier way. Also, I would like to keep the app accessible, that is if the user increases the size of the text in accessiblity I cannot use `.systemFont(ofSize: 16, weight: .bold)` because it will not scale. On the other hand, if I use `preferredFont(for:)` it will not have neither a `range` to select nor a `bold` option... So confusing! For what I have tried it seems I should use an NSMutableAttributedString to change the text to bold and then an NSAttributedString for the whole thing but ... `titleForFooterInSection` wants Strings and will probably loose all the formatting ... ****! Can someone enlighten me on this? Thank you so much!

I have been running iPadOS since beta 5 on my 2018 iPad Pro (12.9in).I have noticed that whenever I watch a video the lower part of the screen in landscape left orientation gets really hot (I would guess at least 35°C on the surface but I could be wrong being too optimistic). What could this be due to? Is this normal? Would be the not-updated for iPadOS 13 app be the problem? Is there something I could do to help with this?Is there a tool to monitor the iPad's temperature? Thank you

Dear all,I have just purchased my Apple Developer Membership for the first time (as I need CloudKit) and, suddenly, I cannot build my apps on my real devices anymore. I hit Cmd-R and I get the usual message "Go to Settings > General > Device management" to trust my device but, sadly, now there is no such option anymore on my iPhone as I used to have with the FREE membership... What has happened? How do I get out of this?I didnt really expect paying the "Pro" membership meant that I was locked out of my devices for development ...Thank you for your help.
