It is a little bit complicated but here is the story
I have an app, I first submitted but it was rejected due to some bugs/ issue.( app1)
I fix the bug/issue then I decided that I want to release the app with other bundleID ( I thought it might impact how the app can be searched)
I created another app and submit the review there ( it is mostly simillar to app1)
Apple said that it is a spam, so they reject it because app2 similar to app1.
I told apple that I will delete app1, but it seems that they will not review app2 until I delete app1.
I call Itune connect support and they told me that app1 can not be deleted because it has never been approved.
It is really like a deadlock issue to me , now neither app1 nor app2 can be appcepted because it is simillar app, and I can not delete either of them because they have never been approved so there is no way I can delete .
Can anyone help me ?
