Does app store display sole trader's name and home address?

I can see app store is displaying the real name, and by internet search people are saying this can not be avoid? Is this correct?

Also, does app store display sole trader's home address somewhere?

And if so, does the displayed address must be same as bank address?

The only way to not display your name is if you have a company/LLC, in which case gather the related documentation and contact Apple via the Contact Us tree found in iTunes Connect.

The App Store does not expose your address.
