According to the notes for 16.4 and forward, "Your iPhone or iPad must be signed in with the same Apple ID you used to enroll in the Apple Developer Program in order to see this option in Settings." What about those who use a separate developer Apple ID? Can one add the developer ID to the "Family" section and still get the betas or add the UUID to the Developers Devices Section on the website?
