No accounts with iTunes Connect access. Worked one hour before.

Suddenly, validating my app shows this error message:

No accounts with iTunes Connect access. iTunes connect access for "xxxxxxxxxx" is required. Add an account in the Accounts preference pane.


It worked one hour before. Then I withdraw the latest version of my app in iTunesConnect.

Now, validation is not working anymore. Even for versions which successfully validated before.


Restarting XCode or the system didn't help


I also cannot log into Application Loader: Error message: The application account information was incorrect


However, for sure, it is correct.


I saw several posts to this question during the last days, but no answer.


Any idea?

I have the same problem. It was working fine yesterday and the other days before...

Same problem here - we did an upload through Application Loader 4 hours ago and it was fine.


We're trying another one now and get the error "The application account information was incorrect" every time we try signing in to Application Loader to upload.

Same issue here. Must be a server issue. https://developer.apple.com/system-status/ doesn't show any problems yet.

Have someone contacted contacted apple?

I assume, since there are 30 posts about this in the last 1-2 hours, this is a problem with Apple's servers. Not sure, but maybe waiting a little bit helps.


Same problem here, no solution worked. I was afraid that Xcode somehow retrieves my iBooks Author account (works also via iTunes Connect), but at least in Xcode, it shows the right certificates etc.


Will wait a bit and see what happens.

Correct! XCode Validation and Upload is now working again (without any changes).

I'm having this issue and have been since the iTunes Connect holiday shut down.
I've tried:
- Logging out and back in

- Restarting Xcode

- Updating information in iTunes Connect

- Restarting my Mac

- Re-installing Xcode


None of those work. I also can't log into Application Loader on one machine.


The only thing I have done that worked is to create another admin user on my iTunes Connect account and logged into Xcode with that. That let me upload. This is only a workaround and for £99 a year I do not expect to have to do this. Shocking quality output from Apple of late.
