Hey there,

So, I uploaded my app to iTunes Connect and I made a group to test it with some external testers. Well, in that group, I tried to add a build and it wouldnt let me select the build (it was a little blurred/see through). Then I read that I have to fill the test information, so I did that, and then the app build dissparead from both the iOS tab AND the group build tab.... and I do not know why? Is that supossed to happen> or did something go wrong?

I included a few screenshots of the disapeared build.

Did someone found the solution? I am facing the same problem here. My new build just disappear from TestFlight

In my case, when it happened, it sent a message to the email associated with the account alerting that there was some missing data on info.plist.

Basically, the application appears there for a while, then it silently dissapears, and an error message is sent to the aforementioned email.

I added a boatload of usage permission strings and all needed entitlements and the new builds started showing in testflight.

Hello Fellow Developers if you get this error Just check the associated email of your account apple will send error to your email in my case i have some missing key in info.plist hope it will help

I'm having the same issue. I tried increasing the build number and still the build appears shortly on the website in the "Processing" state, and then disappears. After the first upload I got an email with an error message, which I resolved and haven't got any email since, but still any uploaded build is not listed on the website. Then I tried increasing the version string from 1.0 to 1.0.1 and the build number as well, and after reloading the website it showed a disclosure indicator with the label 1.0.1, but completely empty. After reloading the website one more time, even this indicator was gone again, and the website is completely empty like at the start of this whole experiment.
