We have to remove from sale some of our In-App Purchase products.
All these in-app products we have to remove are auto-renewable subscriptions and already have users whose purchased it.
We have monthly and yearly subscribers, depending of the product they subscribed to.
I’d like to know what happens when we remove these in-app products from sale?
More specifically, how Apple communicates the change for the users whose subscribed to the removed in-app purchase?
Do you send them an e-mail? When this e-mail is sent (in the moment we remove the product from sale or when the end of the user’s subscription is approaching)?
