URGENT - My apps got removed because I didn't renew my membership

Hi, All My Apps have been removed from the App Store because I didn't renew my account!

I'm renewing from 2014 and the only change I have done lately is to change my store to US store so I can use the VisionPro I have a payment method of PayPal as I don't have American credit card.

I sent to apple support team twice no one replied.

I had an app featured in the Apple Watch App Store and other apps in top carts and it's sad to see all of them removed.

Please if you can help

I can't see the renew button at all. I have also +100 USD Money in the account. But still the membership did not get renew.
