I've submitted my app and gotten approved and ready for distribution but the subscriptiosn still say waiting for review. The app has important features gated behind a paywall so without any subscriptions approved its unusable. Why is this happening, is there any way I can get it fixed?
Thank you for your post. We've begun investigating this issue but we've been unable to locate your app submission to provide further assistance. Can you provide the name and App ID associated with the app? These can be found in App Store Connect in the App Information tab.
Hi, we've encountered similar situation, it blocked us for 3 weeks..... There are 3 places that show status: 1) ios app 2) app review 3) subscription. Firstly you need to ensure these status are consistent, if not, it means there might be something wrong with your submission, you can recreate subcription and resubmit.
