Having a bit of an issue while trying to setup a sandbox account. The service replies with HTTP 502 after 10 seconds of loading.
Is the service down?

502 Bad Gateway on App Store Connect Sandbox
I'm seeing the same issue, have been for a couple of weeks now. Creating accounts, loading the list of sandbox accounts etc.
I've posted a similar observation... no response, no replies... The error persists, and getting work completed is painfully slow.
