Apple took my money, but the subscription hasn't been provided for over a week.

I paid for an Apple Developer Account subscription on March 27th 2024. The money has been deducted from my card, and I have a receipt. Additionally, I received an invoice from Apple via email confirming the payment. Furthermore, on the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ page, my payment is visible.

Today is April 3rd 2024, and I still haven't received my Apple Developer Account. This is unacceptable!

This page https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ even states... (screenshot) ...that the start of my account usage is considered from the payment date. WHY?? It hasn't even been a year since March 27th, as I still don't have access to my account.

I have already sent 5 emails to Apple support with my issue (the first email was sent on March 29th), and I haven't received a response to any of them.

What should I do? The money has been taken from me, so I cannot purchase a new account. Also I haven't been given access to the account I paid for. It's been over a week already.

Please help!

It takes time to get the Account active.

Contact the support

Go to: https://developer.apple.com/contact/#!/topic/select

Select the "Membership and Account" Select: Program Enrolment

And provide them all of the info from your Invoice.

Include the information that you paid but account hasn't been activated. Ask if there is any problem with your account and what else you need to do.

Just be nice and do not talk like they own you something.

They have lots of manual work to do, so it takes time.

Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I haven't received any response from Apple. I've sent 5 emails over two-day intervals as advised, but ... no answer.

I'm feeling quite anxious as it's been over a week without any communication from Apple, despite their promised response time of 1-2 days.

    Apple didn't answer me but they gave me my account during 2 days after this post :)
