Apple took my money, but the subscription hasn't been provided for over a week.
I paid for an Apple Developer Account subscription on March 27th 2024. The money has been deducted from my card, and I have a receipt. Additionally, I received an invoice from Apple via email confirming the payment. Furthermore, on the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ page, my payment is visible. Today is April 3rd 2024, and I still haven't received my Apple Developer Account. This is unacceptable! This page https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ even states... (screenshot) ...that the start of my account usage is considered from the payment date. WHY?? It hasn't even been a year since March 27th, as I still don't have access to my account. I have already sent 5 emails to Apple support with my issue (the first email was sent on March 29th), and I haven't received a response to any of them. What should I do? The money has been taken from me, so I cannot purchase a new account. Also I haven't been given access to the account I paid for. It's been over a week already. Please help!
